Direct IT Services Ltd is a Wiltshire-based IT support and telecoms provider, working with small and medium-sized businesses, town councils and financial services firms.
We look after the technology that businesses rely on but would rather not think about: the computers, the phone system, the internet connection, the email that has to arrive. Our engineers have a genuine liking for problem-solving, and most of the work happens quietly in the background.
We are small enough that you will speak to someone who knows your setup, and organised enough that it is monitored properly rather than left until something breaks. Where a supplier is the right answer we will say so; where you are being sold something you do not need, we will say that too.
We have supported Dursley Town Council since April 2018, and work with clients across financial services, local government and online platforms.
