Direct IT were introduced to us by an associate. We had received poor IT support for a number of years and needless to say we were sceptical. They have far exceeded our expectations. They are able to deal with issues as and when they crop up and is always at the end of the phone when we need him. Equally he will travel to our office and assist face to face if we need him to. For a long time we have just needed our systems to work to ensure we are working effectively, securely and are compliant, a factor that is increasingly important in Financial Services.
